ความหมาย ปรัชญา หลักการ และทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนา ประวัติการพัฒนาชุมชนท้องถิ่นในเวียดนาม จุดเด่น ปัญหาอุปสรรค ศึกษาแนวคิด รูปแบบและวิธีการพัฒนาชุมชนโดยไม่ทอดทิ้งเอกลักษณ์และค่านิยมที่ดีงามของชาติ
และการปรับตัวให้สมสมัย
