| Course Description ปฏิบัติงานทางเภสัชกรรมคลินิกในสถานปฏิบัติการเภสัชกรรมชุมชน พัฒนาทักษะด้านการให้บริการในสถานปฏิบัติการเภสัชกรรมชุมชน ทักษะการสื่อสาร (communication skill) การสร้างสัมพันธภาพกับผู้ป่วย ให้สามารถให้บริการเภสัชกรรมแก่ผู้ป่วยและชุมชน ด้านการจ่ายยาตามอาการ การส่งต่อผู้ป่วย การให้ความรู้ ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้ป่วยเกี่ยวกับโรค ยา และการดูแลรักษาตนเอง การติดตามการใช้ยาในผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรัง ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับใบสั่งยาและการจ่ายยา Practice in clinical pharmacy in the community pharmacy setting.
