Course Description
การฝึกปฏิบัติการงานทางเภสัชกรรมคลินิกในสถานพยาบาลสำหรับ ผู้ป่วยนอก การเข้าร่วมกับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์สาขาอื่นๆในการดูแลผู้ป่วย ประสบการณ์ในการให้บริบาลเภสัชกรรม การดำเนินการและการจ่ายยาตามใบสั่งยาของแพทย์ การให้ความรู้และคำปรึกษาแก่ผู้ป่วยเกี่ยวกับยา
โรคและการดูแลตนเอง การติดตามการใช้ยาในผู้ป่วยโรคเรื้อรัง การให้บริการสารสนเทศทางยา การค้นหาข้อมูลทางยา การสร้างความคุ้นเคยในการบริการเภสัชกรรมคลินิกร่วมกับบุคลากรสาธารณสุขอื่นๆ
The practice of the duties of a clinical pharmacist in the hospital outpatient department. Working together with members of other health professions in caring for the patient, having experience in providing pharmaceutical care.
Carrying out the work of dispensing medicines according to the doctors’ prescriptions. Providing information and counselling to the patients about their medicines, their illness and how to take care of themselves.
