Course Description
ศึกษาหลักเกี่ยวกับประเภท การจัดตั้ง โครงสร้างขององค์กรธุรกิจประเภทห้างหุ้นส่วน บริษัทและบริษัทมหาชนจำกัด การเงิน การระดมทุน การบริหารจัดการ การจัดการภายในและการควบคุมการบริหารจัดการขององค์กรธุรกิจ
การเข้าสู่ตำแหน่ง อำนาจหน้าที่และความรับผิดของกรรมการผู้บริหาร ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้ถือหุ้น กรรมการ ผู้บริหารกับบุคคลภายนอก ความรับผิดทางอาญาขององค์กรธุรกิจ กรรมการและผู้บริหาร
