| Course Description ศึกษาประวัติ ความหมายและประเภทของรัฐธรรมนูญ การจัดทำรัฐธรรมนูญ องค์กรต่างๆ ทางการเมือง สิทธิเสรีภาพและหน้าที่ของบุคคล ทฤษฏีที่สำคัญ ๆ ของระบบรัฐธรรมนูญ อาทิเช่น ทฤษฎีการแบ่งแยกอำนาจ ทฤษฎี Judicial Reviews รวมทั้งปรัชญาของแนวความคิดต่าง ๆ ในระบบรัฐธรรมนูญ History, meaning, types, and process in constitution making, sovereignty; political institutions; legislative process; constitutional rights, freedom and duties of people; significant theories pertaining to constitutional such as separation of power theory, judicial reviews theory and philosophy of the other opinions in constitution system. |
