Course Description
ความหมาย ความสำคัญของการปกครองท้องถิ่น พัฒนาการของการเมือง การปกครองท้องถิ่นและรัฐธรรมนูญของประเทศไทย ความสำคัญที่มีต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสังคม ตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน บริบททางการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ สังคมและวัฒนธรรมทั้งในระดับชาติและระดับท้องถิ่น
อันนำไปสู่รูปแบบการปกครองท้องถิ่นที่เป็นอยู่ โดยให้เข้าใจถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกระบวนการอำนาจของรัฐไทยเข้าไปในสังคมชนบท ผ่านการขยายตัวของระบบราชการ ระบบเศรษฐกิจแบบตลาด ระบบอุดมการณ์ของรัฐและโครงสร้างการพัฒนาต่าง ๆ
