| Course Description ศึกษาวิธีการที่ใช้ในการทำให้คอมพิวเตอร์ปฏิบัติงานได้เหมือนกับว่ามีปัญหาอย่างมนุษย์ ปัญหาพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานประเภทต่าง ๆ การแก้ปัญหาทั่วไป การเล่นเกมส์ การพิสูจน์ทฤษฎีทางตรรกะ การเข้าใจภาษามนุษย์ การตรวจรู้ภาพ การควบคุมหุ่นยนต์ การทำงานแบบผู้ชำนาญ (Expert system) และการแทนความรู้ในคอมพิวเตอร์ (Knowledge representation) มีการเขียนโปรแกรมตัวอย่างของงานทางสาขานี้โดยใช้ภาษาคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น ภาษาลิสท์ หรือภาษาโปรล็อก เพื่อสร้างเสริมความเข้าใจในการทำงานด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ Intelligent processes and their performance by computer.
