ปฏิบัติการสอนและปฏิบัติหน้าที่ครูในสถานศึกษาตามสาขาวิชาเอกภายใต้การนิเทศ โดยแสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาผู้เรียนด้วยจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครู มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและมีความเป็นพลเมืองที่เข้มแข็ง การใช้หลักจิตวิทยาในการวิเคราะห์และพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามศักยภาพ
บูรณาการความรู้ เนื้อหาวิชา หลักสูตร ศาสตร์การสอนในการวางแผนและจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ให้ผู้เรียนมีปัญญารู้คิดและมีความเป็นนวัตกร การจัดกิจกรรมและสร้างบรรยากาศสภาพแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้อย่างมีความสุข
