| Course Description กระบวนการที่จะทำให้ผู้นำและสมาชิกในชุมชนแต่ละคนได้รู้ปัญหาของตนเองและของกลุ่ม การกระตุ้นให้สมาชิก กลุ่มองค์กรชุมชนและผู้นำได้ใช้ความสามารถของตนในการมีส่วนร่วมอภิปรายปัญหาและหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกัน โดยใช้กระบวนการกลุ่มและจิตวิทยาสังคมเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของผู้นำ และสมาชิกในการปฏิบัติงานของกลุ่ม รวมทั้งการพัฒนาทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในงานพัฒนากลุ่มองค์กรชุมชน Procedures helping community leaders and members perceive their problems and group problems ; encouraging and stimulating community members, organization and leaders implement their potentialities in participation of discussion on promblems and suggestions for problem solving with the uses of a group process and social psychology concerning the roles of leaders and members in group working also a development of community organization. |
