| Course Description สถานการณ์จำลองกระบวนการพิจารณาคดี นับแต่การเตรียมคดี การร่างคำฟ้อง คำให้การ แถลงการณ์และคำร้องต่างๆศึกษาและฝึกหัดงานการให้คำปรึกษากฎหมายภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา โดยการให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำข้อกฎหมายและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ตามที่ประชาชนมาขอคำปรึกษา รวมทั้งการแก้ไขปัญหาในคดีที่สมมุติขึ้น การร่างนิติกรรมและสัญญาต่างๆ การจัดตั้งและบริหารสำนักงานทนายความและบริการต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับกฎหมาย Students will study a mock trial starting from preparing a case; drafting a plaint, an argument, a statement and other applications. Students will also undertake a training session in giving legal advice under the supervision of a lecturer.
