| Course Description ศึกษาหลักกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญาว่าด้วยหลักทั่วไปในการดำเนินคดีอาญา อำนาจพนักงานสอบสวนและศาล การฟ้องคดีอาญาและคดีแพ่งที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับคดีอาญา หมายเรียกละหมายอาญา การจับ ขัง จำคุก ค้น ปล่อยชั่วคราว และหลักกฎหมายว่าด้วยการสอบสวน ตามประมวลกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความอาญา ภาค 1 และ ภาค 2 Legal principles pertaining to criminal procedure, general provisions in litigating criminal cases power in inquiry officials and jurisdiction of the courts, prosecution of criminal cases and filing of civil cases in connection with criminal offences,; summonses and warrants ; arrest, detention, and imprisonment ; search and provisional release ; process of inquiry ; post-mortem inquest according to the Criminal Procedure Code in Book I and II. |
