| Course Description ศึกษาหลักกฎหมายตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ บรรพ 1 ลักษณะ 4 ถึงลักษณะ 6 คือ ลักษณะของนิติกรรม ระยะเวลาและอายุความ รวมทั้งหลักกฎหมายสัญญา ตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ บรรพ 2 ลักษณะ 2 โดยการวิเคราะห์หลักกฎหมาย ทฤษฎีและคำพิพากษาศาลฎีกา และศึกษากฎหมายเกี่ยวกับข้อสัญญาที่ไม่เป็นธรรม Legal principles in Book I title IV to VI of the Civil and Commercial Code; juristic act, periods of time and prescription; inclusion legal principles of contract in Book II title II of the Civil and Commercial Code, legal principles analytical, theories and judgments of supreme judicature of Thailand; laws pertaining to unfair contract terms. |
