| Course Description ศึกษาวิวัฒนาการ บ่อเกิด ความหมาย ขอบเขตและลักษณะเฉพาะของกฎหมายมหาชน สถาบันทางกฎหมายมหาชน องค์ประกอบและรูปของรัฐ การเป็นนิติบุคคลและสถาบันต่าง ๆ ของรัฐ แนวความคิดและนิติวิธี (Juristic Method) ของกฎหมายมหาชน ทฤษฎีการจัดโครงสร้างทางปกครองในรัฐ อำนาจและทฤษฎีสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการใช้อำนาจโดยเฉพาะการแบ่งแยกการใช้อำนาจอธิปไตย อำนาจดุลยพินิจและอำนาจผูกพัน นิติกรรมทางปกครอง และการใช้อำนาจของศาลปกครอง Evolution, sources, meaning, limits and special character of public law; institute of public law, accompaniment and state of form, juristic person and the other institute of states; concepts and juristic method of public laws; Theory structure of administration in state, power and significant theories pertaining to the exercise of power, especially separation of power; discretionary power and mandatory power; administrative act; exercise of power by administrative court. |
