| Course Description หลักการภาคทฤษฎีและกระบวนการในภาคปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเข้าใจการจัดการด้านผังเมืองและสภาพแวดล้อม เพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชนเมืองไปสู่ความยั่งยืน การนำแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคม แผนการส่งเสริมอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมและการท่องเที่ยว และแผนผังพัฒนาด้านกายภาพชุมชนเมืองและแผนอื่น ไปสู่การปฏิบัติในลักษณะของแผนและโครงการพัฒนา สามารถนำเสนอผังกายภาพ แผนการเงินการลงทุน กฎเกณฑ์และกฎหมาย กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ด้วยการตั้งโจทย์ Theoretical principles and criteria, with practical process in real life situation, so that the students can understand urban and environmental management that brings sustainability according to the 4 goals of core courses. The course provides examples for practical implementation of social economic development plans, cultural and tourism enhancement plans, urban development plans and other plans, in terms of action planning and project management. |
