| Course Description ศึกษาถึงกระบวนการที่จะทำให้สมาชิกในชุมชนแต่ละคนได้รู้ปัญหาของตนเองและของกลุ่ม การกระตุ้นให้สมาชิกเหล่านี้ได้ใช้ความสามารถของตนเข้ามีส่วนร่วมในการอภิปรายปัญหาและแสวงหาลู่ทางในการแก้ปัญหาร่วมกัน โดยผ่านกระบวนการและเทคนิคของการรวมกลุ่ม ศึกษาจิตวิทยาสังคมเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของสมาชิกและการปฏิบัติงานของกลุ่ม เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในงานพัฒนาชุมชน Study the process that effected to each member in communities to understand individual and groups problems; activating members to use their abilities for participating in problems discussion and resolution by groups process and groups techniques; study social psychology include roles of members and groups implementation in order to apply for community development |
