| Course Description แนวความคิดเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายปกครอง บริการสาธารณะ การจัดระเบียบการบริหารส่วนกลาง ส่วนภูมิภาคและส่วนท้องถิ่น หลักความรู้เบื้องต้นกฎหมาย กฎหมายรัฐธรรมนูญ และกฎหมายปกครอง โดยเน้นเนื้อหารูปแบบการกระจายอำนาจสู่การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นตามหลักการที่ได้บัญญัติไว้ในรัฐ ธรรมนูญแห่งชาติ Concepts of administrative law ,public services, organizating central administration, regional administration and local administration; basic knowledge of laws, constitutional law and administrative law with emphasis on contents and forms of decentralization to local administration according to the principles provided in the National Constitution. |
